Brikl's knowledge base (opens in a new tab) holds 100+ user manuals for every feature of Brikl's e-commerce platform. The manuals target a non-technical audience of sales managers, logistics professionals, and marketers.
The content is primarily task-based and explains how to perform tasks through step-by-step instructions and UI screenshots.
